Great location in the middle of everything. Very close to metro station Porte De Champerret and around 20 minutes away from Arc de Triomphe The staff are so helpful and friendly especially David who answered any question we had and offered help with anything.
I stayed one night there in April. Great location, bus, tram and underground at the door. The staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. Price was also very reasonable. Great experiences and I would recommend this hotel for travelers to Paris.
This hotel is great! Loved my stay…Spacious room, great shower. Enjoyed the breakfast and then headed into town (from the metro literally on the doorstep) in 20 mins I was at the Louvre!! I’ll be back :)
One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, arrived early after a tiring flight expecting only to store luggage, but were pleasantly surprised with an early check-in at 9:30 AM (official check-in is 2 PM). On checkout day (Dec 31), we could store our luggage all day and pick it up later after enjoying New Year’s Eve fireworks — a huge plus. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly: early check-in, late checkout and luggage storage were offered, and one staff member even made us tea when we asked for hot water. Truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back.
We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff were always kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and cozy. The only issue we experienced was with the hair dryer — it worked for a few seconds and then stopped, needing some time before it could be used again, which made drying hair a bit difficult. Aside from that, everything was great. The neighborhood was lovely, and I would happily stay here again on a future trip to Paris. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
