small hotel in a great location a few minutes walk from Versailles. Nothing wrong with the room was clean adequately furnished, good bathroom, comfortable bed. No English channels on the TV though. Breakfast was just ok, was not very impressed for the cost of 14 Euros each but apart from that no gripes and was very good value, its a perfect hotel for a 1 or 2 night stay

I recently stayed at Hôtel d'Angleterre for three nights and had an absolutely delightful experience. The rooms, though cozy, were beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and quiet. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street yet just steps from the Château de Versailles, shops, restaurants, and bars, and not far from the train station, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and fluent in English, always ready to help with a smile. I even requested a coffee at 10 PM, and they happily served it. The 24-hour reception made everything convenient and stress-free. The hotel truly offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. I would highly recommend…
