The location is pretty convenient, multiple places to eat right around the corner as well as the two metro lines in walking distance. There's no ac (which is whatever), the service was terrible in my opinion. They split my family up for no reason and then didn't want to fix it (said there was nothing they can do) which meant we slept in separate rooms instead of the same room like the other family we were with was able to do. The fan that is in the room is rather useless when the rooms are at 33°c+ and there's very little airflow, even with the windows wide open. Supposedly next year they'll have ac, but that means the rates will go up. Do not stay here during a heatwave, might not be bad during average weather.

I would absolutely recommend this accomodation to anyone looking for a quiet break away in France. We stayed as a family of 4 adults and 3 children, the terrace room was perfect for us, spacious, clean and everything we needed.i wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this accomodation Breakfast was lovely and closely located across the road. The complex had a sauna and spa which my husband tested after a busy day at Disney land and enjoyed relaxing and unwinding. The apartment was close to the train station making it easy to take a day trip to the city to see the sights. We visited Disney which cost €12 euro in a taxi and took around 10 minutes.

Good value in a nice location. Everything was clean and working (not always the case in budget hotels) and the room, though small, was comfortable. Having the basic kitchen also helped even if just to prepare a sandwich or something simple. We’ve stayed 3 times now and it has become our go-to place when stopping in Paris for 2 or 3 days.

While the bathroom was a bit on the smaller size, the bedroom itself was more than enough for 1 person. The room was a bit warm (I used the fan that was included in the room), but I did enjoy my 3-night stay. The staff was really nice and accommodating at check-in/check-out, which was really appreciated.

Really attractive and spacious apartment. The beds are very comfortable (including the sofa bed) and lots of pillows. Some of the finishing touches are inconsistent - lots of pots, only one small pan; really nice hand soap in shower room, but no soap in toilet room and no other toiletries. The location is convenient, a short drive to lots of food/groceries and very easy access to local attractions. There's also a nice sculpture garden a short walk away. Really, it's almost perfect, just needs a few little extra details to be covered.
