Best place to stay right in the heart of Paris, few minutes to Chams Elysee. The room is clean and nice, the best is comfortable, the bathroom is well set up. But there is one thing makes this hotel stand out is the people. Everyone is very nice, helpful, supportive and friendly with 24/7 support. Highly recommended!!!!
The heater was not working but after talking to the reception a portable heater was brought in to the room then the temperature was fine but already the room is super small and there's no space for a heater also a heater in the middle of the room is dangerous. We were there for new years eve the location is great for this event. The receptionists are very kind and polite.
The location is quite convenient - a quiet side street next to the busy boulevard. It's cosy, however, I wouldn't say it's good value for money. The bathroom was clogged, and the rooms were cold. Maybe this is an issue everywhere in the city but I just can't accept they cannot afford to have proper heating for 200+ euro per night. Also, we asked for early check-in and separate beds. We had neither. The beds are comfortable, with thick mattresses.
