Very good location in order to visit Paris even if it is a quite peculiar district of the City but as it is very touristy I felt safe! Our small one bedroom flat was very comfy and cozy. There was everything we needed! Even if it was small it served well foro our visit to Paris. We loved the small details. The only thing we did not like was the fact they did not refill our coffe and tea.
Service and location 5/5 Rooms 3.5/5 Please double check when you arrive that you’ve been given the room you’ve reserved. Unfortunately we weren’t given the room we booked on the direct hotel website. If it was booked on another website then that would’ve been understandable but not the case. Picture attached of what we booked and what we got. I suffer from low back spasms and need to use a foam roller to perform few specific stretches to ease my pain. Unfortunately due to how small the room I was unable to do so. If I’d known that we’d be given this room I’d have booked another hotel, as I did have few options for hotels. I bought this to staff attention but there was nothing they could do as other rooms were booked. Positives: clean rooms, good shower, comfortable bed and friendly team all around. Staff checked us in early by 45mins and allowed us to leave bags after check out. Location was very good. All options for travel just outside hotel, supermarkets, quick food spots. Didn’t use metro at all, just stuck to buses which was really good. Street did have few sex shops but this didn’t bother us at all as thus was just outside hotel only. Spots id reccomend closeby: kb coffee roasters for coffee Leonie bakery and union boulangaree less than 15mins walk away Will I reccomended yes, but i hope they give you the room you pay for.
Amazing hotel! The location is fantastic, just a few meters from the Moulin Rouge and very close to Montmartre. It is a charming hotel with that special Parisian magic. We stayed in the family room, which was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless, impeccably clean, and very well maintained. We also really appreciated being able to check in about an hour early, since our room was already ready and clean. After traveling, that made a big difference and was such a thoughtful gesture. A special thank you to Stef, who was incredibly kind and friendly. We were traveling with a large snowboard, and he kindly offered to store it for us so it would not take up space in the room. He was always attentive, helpful, and willing to assist with anything we needed. Thank you for such a lovely stay! When we come back to Paris, we will definitely stay here again.
We had an excellent two night stay in the 'Penthouse' one bedroom apartment. Surprisingly quiet for such a central location. Friendly staff made us feel very welcomed. The housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping our room tidy and clean throughout our stay. The free tea and coffee were a lovely touch. The drinks and snacks in the minibar were reasonably priced. The 12pm check out time is a bonus.
This was a fabulous place to stay. The furnishings are beautiful; everything is state of the art and squeaky clean — it even smells amazing. The staff were super accommodating and kind. A big thank you to Stéphane, who was able to accommodate a change in my reservation with grace and patience. Truly a little peaceful oasis amidst the cacophony of Montmartre.
