Fabulous location but hotel needs a face-lift. Service is flawless, particularly at réception. One person in particular merits a shout out, Elisa. She's very attentive, professional and kind. I'd go back so long as she's at the front desk.
Absolutely loved my stay here!!! I was only in Paris for 3 days, so I wanted a prime location where I could see everything. And this was perfect. Going to a boulangerie for takeaway and having the gardens and seine right there was such a beautiful experience. I walked a lot of places, but the metro is also close by and so convenient! I had a room with a terrace and it was such a special way to experience Paris for the first time. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Plus, good air conditioning. Even though it's right in the middle of everything, it wasn't too loud at night either, which was lovely. No complaints! The staff are very thoughtful and helpful! They make you feel right at home and are truly there if you have questions about anything. It is very clear that they care about your experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!! My family and I stayed at Hotel Mansart. It was exceptionally beautiful and the service was outstanding from the time we arrived to the time we left. Mamadou was the kindest and most attentive to all of our needs. He made our trip memorable with his smile and conversation. Nuntida was beyond helpful with logistics and recommendations. Maxence ensured we had a wonderful stay and were taken care of. I will definitely be back and couldn’t recommend the hotel more. The entire staff made our trip!
What an amazing hotel! From check-in to check-out our experience was amazing. Luca welcomed us warmly and was extremely helpful. We were offered champagne at check in which was a great way to kick-off our first time in Paris. Our room was clean, and had everything we needed for a girls trip. The room was small (as to be expected in a city like Paris) but stylish. The bed was so so comfy and the rainfall shower head was great. We opted to do breakfast at the hotel and we loved the buffet! They had a wonderful selection of yogurts, meats, cheeses, pastries and traditional eggs, bacon and pancakes if that’s more your speed. The area around the hotel was walkable and felt very safe too. It was only an 8 minute walk to the nearest train station (Opéra) and about a 10-15 minute walk to attractions like the Louvre. Overall, would absolutely recommend this hotel if you will be staying in Paris!!
