Our stay was for 10 nights. Although it is pricey, it was worth it for the location, service, and the nice amenities. First, the location was wonderful. So close to the Odeon metro station with 2 lines, bustling neighbourhood with so many restaurants and shops around. It is on a relatively quiet street next to very busy and noisier streets, but we were lucky with a room on a higher floor so we didn't hear much. Second, the service was excellent and friendly from all the staff, but an extra shout out to Valerie and Suraj for taking that extra mile to make us feel so welcome. Last, we appreciated the free access to coffee (Nespresso) and pastries in the morning in their lounge area, as well as being able to refill our water bottle with still or sparkling water each day. We love cold drinks so we were grateful they always accommodated us with a bowl of ice at the end of the night (especially since it was extremely hot weather during our stay). Because our stay was longer, they kindly provided a complimentary charcuterie board and bottle of wine, which we thought was such a nice touch for our stay. As for the rooms, they were equipped with air conditioning (which was so needed during the heat wave we had), and I loved the removable shower spray. Rooms in Paris are generally small but they had enough space with a desk, ledge, bathroom shelf, and windowsills to put our things. Unfortunately, our luggage couldn't fit under the bed so it was a bit awkward to put our large luggage in various places in the room. Some things in the room were a bit worn (e.g., floors scratched, doorsill to the bathroom needed mending, chair needed a good vacuum, toilet seat was very worn, only one flusher was working), but we appreciated the tv streaming access and natural light from the windows). Overall, it was a great stay and we definitely plan to come back again on our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel. Service was excellent and the location is unbeatable. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Bed very comfortable, nice shower and water pressure. Not five stars on the room due to mold around bathroom window and on the drapes (which I told the front desk and also left a note for cleaning crew) and mold on the mouths of the refillable water bottles (they may not be cleaned regularly), also black tray for hot water/ mugs was quite dusty so not cleaned regularly. Not major things but noticeable details .

This is a great stay in the center of Paris. The staff at Victoire and Germaine were very helpful, professional, and attentive and the hotel is quaint, clean, and comfortable. They offer baggage storage via Bounce that was extremely convenient for us as we kept our luggage there for a few days while visiting the countryside. When we came back into Paris and checked in our bag they were storing was already in the room! They also booked our cab for us to the airport. The location is also convenient in the 6th/St Germain neighborhood because you’re only steps from countless cafes, restaurants, and stores and only a 10 minute walk to Notre Dame and the Seine. We will definitely stay here again!

A great experience for a 3-night stay. The room was small, but about what one should expect for a European hotel. The front desk staff was very pleasant and I actually looked forward to speaking with them. They were very accommodating with holding our luggage prior to check in and after check out. Housekeeping service was provided every day, which has become less common elsewhere. The location is superb! Everything we did and every meal we ate for fours days was within walking distance of the hotel except for the Eiffel Tower which was easily accessed by a short walk to the Metro.

My husband and I had a great four night stay! The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and while yes the room is small (to be expected in Paris), it was well laid out and we didn’t feel cramped. The location is great, super easy access to the metro and in the heart of lots of restaurants and cafes. Even with it being tucked between two busy streets, it was perfectly quiet at night! We would definitely recommend Hotel Victoire & Germain and stay here again!
