no high speed internet you have to sit in the hall as the rooms constantly drop internet. we reported this several times moved room due to mold in the kitchen. first room had a leaking shower pipe. manager yelled at the front desk clerk over his phone for moving us. manager is rude and inappropriate. he said it was likely my devices that were the issue so i sent hom pics of the speed test and pics of HIS tv's failing to load. Marcos and the rest of the staff were amazing and i'm just sorry they have to deal with manager. maids were incredible too. my hat's off to Marcos who was professional and very accomodating. Marcos should be the manager. Manger said no one has complained about the internet in ten years so i included the booking pic showing it has a 5 rating. view of sacre-coeur was amazing but street noise went through the night
