We were off to a disappointing start through a combination of room management software issues, in-room amenities not being delivered and housekeeping issues. Nathalie and Team turned it around after the first 24 hours and we ended up having a wonderful stay. The only issue is that we still ended up being separated during our stay with our rooms being on different floors in spite of making a note of it and booking 6 months in advance. Thank you for having us!
I can’t actually speak to the experience of staying here, but I am a young woman staying nearby and as I passed this hotel on my way home tonight, I smiled/nodded to the doorman. I’d felt completely safe, but within seconds, the doorman had come outside and called to me to ask if everything was ok. Such a kind, considerate and attentive man! Grateful.
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Madeleine for a holiday and had the best stay. From the GM welcoming me, providing an early checkin, an upgraded room with a view of the Eiffel tower to the staff - it was a fabulous stay. Great location, quiet and private. Best part was the lovely lobby, breakfast and the amazing staff! one of the best in the industry. Thank you Hyatt Madeleine!
Actually it’s a free award room I got from Hayatt. Still the hotel treat me well without differences . I enjoyed sauna, the room is pretty big. The breakfast is outstanding with a service level of lux hotel. The location of this hotel is very convenient for visiting spots.
Our stay at the Hyatt madeleine was wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer. We were greeted warmly in the beautiful lobby by Elisabeth the assistant manager and she was lovely. She offered champagne during check in and gave us great restaurant recommendations. It was our honeymoon so she made sure she got us an upgrade. AND she sent macarons and some cake as a treat to celebrate our honeymoon. So sweet! Rooms are super clean and have everything you need. All the staff we ran into from front desk to the bar were so nice and accommodating. It was also in a great location. Not too far from major attractions but also on a more quiet side of town with still plenty of things to do and places to eat near by. Next time we are in Paris we will definitely be staying there again!
