GOOD: Very good location (10+) both for the Castle and for the station to Paris. Receptionists are professional as I would expect in a 3-stars hotel. BAD: Breakfast is in my opinion not worth the price, I found it very basic: minimal (but not bad) with good brioches/croissants while the international part (eggs&bacon) was badly cooked. Room is very small so I can't suggest it for long stays but for 2-3 days is ok. I will probably come back in this hotel for my business in Paris (price is good, location is perfect, area is very quite so I do not need to stay much in the room apart from sleeping). Not sure if I will pay for the breakfast as there are many restaurants in the area (walking distance) offering a more international one and better quality at the same price.

Check in was smooth. After an earlier enquiry about 2 beds rather than one that was confirmed by email our room only had one bed. We were shown one which had the desk converted into a bed. However we decided to stay where we were. The bathroom was extremely small with little room to dry after a shower. However it was very comfortable and in a great place.

Very Basic Room. You get what you pay for. Functional is the best way to describe it. Biggest -ve is that their AC system does not work. When I addressed it on the counter the reply I got was this is France and we only start AC in June/July. I mean I am paying for a room and your website states that it has AC you expect it to work. I even requested if they could provide me with a fan to cool the roo. Which they refused and said I could cancel the reservation if I did not want it. Tired and has a busy day so decided to stay, big mistake as I was unable to sleep properly due to the room being too hot. Highly disappointed in IBIS.

It's a clean basic hotel room. The only problem we had was with the toilet not flushing properly in our room. The free luggage hold was nice while we were at Versailles palace
