Un hôtel incroyable! Everything about my stay was top notch. My room was compact but more than adequate for a solo traveler. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the location in Le Marais was convenient for hopping on the metro and exploring. The staff took extra care to ensure my bags were available once my room was ready, and they assisted with calling a taxi for my early flight. Aircon worked flawlessly in the oppressive summer heatwave. I highly recommend this hotel!
Such a great location and beautiful hotel. We found it very walkable and safe. It seemed to be a bit away from the touristy spots which we enjoyed. The staff were helpful and kind. The AC worked well and the room was very comfortable. You have to check out their bar, they made great higher end cocktails! We got to experience a rainstorm in the patio while sipping a drink and it was the perfect evening. You’ll need to walk about 7-10 minutes for transportation (airport/bus/etc.) but it was easy to navigate.
Honestly can not fault this hotel. It is in the most perfect location if you're planning on staying in Le Marais, walking and biking distance to all the cute shops/restaurants/cafes. The staff are very kind and helpful, and i received lots of help planning my onward travel arrangements. They also have a very well fitted out gym for guest use which i had access to during my stay. Beds are comfy, shower pressure is great. No notes
Very disappointing stay overall. I won't be staying again at this hotel and suspect an Airbnb would have been much better. We ultimately left a day early because we were disappointed in the hotel. The hotel didn't try to make it right - they just refused to refund the money and asked us to vacate the room early (presumably so they could flip it). Rooms: I stayed in one of the Hi-Mac rooms, which, as other reviewers mention, are incredibly cramped due to their design. A particular limitation of these rooms is their circular design around the bed and the lack of ability to open a window to let in air. They are also one big room, including the shower, so the shower has made the carpet wet over time and led to a general smell of mildew in the room. Service: The service vibe is sort of "hostel" in nature. The guys at the front desk will step away to take personal calls. We got laundry done and it arrived a day late. The general level of service is just quite poor.
We had such a lovely stay here. Quick check in, lovely little cafe to get coffee and drinks. All of the staff was so kind and helpful. We felt like we were centrally located to go to various bars, restaurants and shopping stores. We rented bikes from a nearby street and rode them all along the river to the Eiffel Tower. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!
