Reviews
La Réserve Paris is extraordinary. The hotel is elegant, intimate, and beautifully located, but what stood out most was the sense that every detail felt thoughtful without ever feeling forced. It was the perfect place to celebrate a special trip with my family, and it made Paris feel even more memorable. *Photo is a view from room 502
Pros: Excellent location, interesting, historic building, good decor, good food, mixed service a some people were good & trying hard. Cons: Twice we had to deal with really poor service from the hotel staff - in one memorable (in that I truly will never forget this) the door hostess not only denied us a dinner table upon our return to the hotel but also lied and said the library was closed for a private event & we could not have drinks there. Upon consulting with our butler over drinks in our room, we learned this was not the case. Two of these types of experiences in a 3-night stay is not acceptable at this price point. I did follow up with management via email after our stay to let them know, and received a lovely gallic 🤷♀️. Many good alternate hotels in Paris to choose from.
We came for lunch. The food was not great but any means. Lacking flavor, dry, etc. They couldn't even get the French fries right (soggy and unsalted!) The decor looked cheap, aside from the chairs (faux marble, etc) and reminded me of a Buddha Bar vibe. Many details missed, stained carpet, etc. Disappointing, since it looks so lovely online. As a hotel, it doesn't have a proper lobby, you walk directly into the restaurant. At that price, there are far better options nearby.
La Réserve Paris is outstanding. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious, the staff are incredibly hospitable and the food on site is top notch. If you have the money I highly recommend splurging on this hotel.
We had an absolutely magical stay at La Réserve Paris. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special. The reception area is beautifully decorated and quietly luxurious, and the staff at check-in were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was stunning—thoughtfully designed, impeccably comfortable, and wonderfully quiet. We slept incredibly well, thanks to the peaceful location within the hotel and the soft, cozy bed and bedding. Every amenity felt top-level and carefully chosen. The bathroom was beautiful, the closet space was ample, and the bar was perfectly stocked. Service throughout our stay was outstanding without ever feeling stuffy or overdone. Every interaction felt kind, attentive, and effortless. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast paired with excellent coffee—an unhurried and elegant way to start the day. This stay was truly memorable and absolutely worth the splurge. La Réserve offers luxury that feels warm, personal, and refined, and we would return without hesitation.
