My girlfriend and I stayed at Maison Proust for 2 days last week, and it was an amazing experience. The entire hotel, including common areas, and the rooms are extremely clean and quiet. The staff were professional, polite, friendly and helpful, and found us tickets to have sold out event at the Opéra Garnier. The location is convenient within walking distance to two subway stations. There are also many good restaurants in the area.

Attention to detail is everywhere. Every piece of furniture tells a story, and the narrative behind the design makes you feel as though you’re traveling back to the early 1900s—gracefully balanced with a subtle touch of modernity. It’s a truly delightful experience. The service was efficient yet incredibly smooth. I felt more taken care of than served, which made all the difference. The staff contributes immensely to the hotel’s premium atmosphere: thoughtful wine and cocktail recommendations, engaging conversations about the hotel’s design by Jacques Garcia, and even an offered visit to further explore the space. Truly exceptional. Colin Field has created something remarkable. The cocktails are clean, elegant, and easy to read—both in concept and on the palate. His creativity and technique prove that there is no need to overwhelm the senses; carefully chosen ingredients and an expert hand are enough to surprise and satisfy with every sip. Overall, an unforgettable moment. Maison Proust, with its historic charm and refined storytelling, offers a truly unique and immersive experience.

Probably one of the most fabulously unique check in experiences I have had. This boutique five star hotel has thought of everything and even a few unexpected things! Every single person I interacted with was amazing. A special thank you to Theo who provided a wonderful and detailed tour of all the beautiful rooms that make up the hotel, Amdy (sp?) who answered my thousand of questions and made sure my every need was accounted for and Florian, who despite have to run up and down stairs a million times, no idea how he does it, made sure he was there to accompany me to my spa appointments. If you stay at Maison Proust a visit to la salon d'eau is a must it is the piece de resistance!
