I expected much more from a “4-star” hotel. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was one of the worst I have had. I don’t know if the staff was tired or simply did not want to be there, but the attitude came across as condescending and unhelpful. There was a clear lack of assistance, patience, and basic hospitality. Any question I asked was mostly met with “no” or “read the document,” without any real explanation or effort to help. When I asked about speaking with the manager, the response was also very unhelpful and dismissive. For a hotel presenting itself as 4-star, the service should be much better than this. The room itself was okay, but definitely not at a 4-star level. AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Overall, the experience did not match the rating or expectations. The only thing this hotel really has going for it is the location. Aside from that, I would not recommend it. If you can spend an extra $100 somewhere else, do so. I would have changed hotels myself if I could have done so without losing my entire payment.
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and that's not an exaggeration. First of all, the location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, whether you're looking for great restaurants, visiting the Arc de Triomphe, or exploring the incredible shops along the Champs-Élysées. For tourists wanting to make the most of their time in Paris, this hotel is ideally situated. Secondly, the quality of the hotel and rooms is exceptional. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by beautiful mirrors and a stylish 1970s-inspired design. Although I wasn't alive during that era, the décor makes you feel completely immersed in it. The front desk staff are welcoming, professional, and efficient, making check-in quick and seamless. When you enter your room, you're immediately struck by how clean and beautiful it is. The hotel perfectly balances a fun, artistic style with a professional and luxurious atmosphere. The cleanliness is outstanding every mirror, surface, corner, and handle is spotless. The housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in maintaining the property. The amenities make the experience even better. The room includes a coffee machine, complimentary water, and chocolates, all of which add a thoughtful touch to your stay. I would not be taking the time to write such a detailed review if I didn't truly believe this hotel deserved it. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed, and I would gladly return if given the opportunity. In my opinion, this hotel deserves five-star recognition. The service, room quality, and unbeatable location make it worth the price. If you're visiting Paris and looking for a memorable stay, I highly recommend this hotel.
We had a wonderful time in this Hotel, the rooms are spacious and the service was top notch! The price was very good for the location. Definitely a Hotel I can recommend if staying for a short period in Paris.
Wonderful stay at the hotel Ekta.. This place is location, location LOCATION! just two blocks from arc de triomphe! had spacious room, With amazing balcony! Breakfast was very good as well.. I Want to highlight service by Tim At front desk was wonderful. He’s very kind. Had a wonderful day and I would definitely recommend this place!
Hotel Ekta is a beautiful boutique hotel in a prime location just 2 min walk from the Champs Elysees. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean and aesthetically pleasing and even had a clothes steamer. Our elegance room had a nice sized bathroom with large shower. Wardrobes were helpful but the rest of the room was very tight with 2 check in and 2 carry on sized suitcases. The only things I think could be improved would be better lighting in the room, particularly on the wall with TV and full length mirror and bigger trash cans. Overall our stay was fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
