From the moment we arrived at La Maison Champs Elysées, the staff made us feel like the most VIP couple in Paris. Elena warmly welcomed us and generously offered to upgrade our room. Mario carefully handled our bags while making friendly conversation as the team finalized preparations for our stay. When we arrived at our room, Emile had created an unforgettable surprise for us — a bed covered in rose petals, a beautiful dessert plate, and a fruit arrangement in the shape of a heart. To top it all off, we even had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. It was the absolute perfect way to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our 14-year anniversary. The flawless service continued throughout our entire stay. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, with plenty of activities within walking distance and very affordable Uber rides to all the major landmarks. I’ve stayed at many amazing properties over the years, but the level of service here made this one of the most special experiences of our lives. We truly cannot thank the staff enough. I hope the hotel recognizes these incredible individuals, and that Marriott Bonvoy recognizes this property for delivering truly exceptional hospitality. We will absolutely be recommending this hotel to all of our friends and family visiting Paris. Thank you again for making our celebration so memorable!
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. The fact that the restaurant turns into a nightclub and the noise resulting from that is a big negative (a colleague had to move in the middle of the night because of the inconvenience). Hard bed and cheap pillows. So this place could be outstanding but management needs to decide who they want to cater to.
Elena at the front desk is fantastic. She is knowledgeable and helpful but most importantly, kind and friendly. She noticed my birthday and made it extra special. This hotel is awesome, in an excellent location and everything you will need for a great stay in Paris. Thank you Elena and team for a nice visit at your hotel. We will be back.
