We arrived to this hotel after a long day travelling! The reception was amazing Vanessa was my son's favourite, she remembered his name throughout our visit and made our stay extra special. The rooms, the hotel location, the overall experience was top notch! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Paris!!
Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first moment we inquired about booking our wedding guests, we felt genuinely cared for, and that feeling continued throughout our entire stay. A very special thank you to Vanessa, who was simply outstanding. She went above and beyond every step of the way, taking care of not only us but also all of our wedding guests with incredible kindness, patience, and professionalism. No request was ever too much, and she made everyone feel welcome and looked after. Her dedication and warmth truly made a world of difference during such an important time in our lives. We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to Ibrahim, the hotel manager, whose generosity and support were remarkable. From thoughtfully upgrading some of our guests to ensuring everything ran smoothly, to getting us complimentary champagne at the lobby, he consistently exceeded our expectations and made us feel incredibly valued. To the entire team, thank you for making our wedding experience so memorable. Your hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care created memories we will cherish forever. We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to celebrate such a special occasion, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.
I had a wonderful stay at M Social Hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions I had. Their warm hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a huge difference during the hot weather and ensured many great night’s sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the room was relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel is well-located, and offers excellent service throughout. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the professionalism of the staff. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend M Social Hotel to anyone visiting the city. I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The property itself is very nice, with a great location that made it convenient to get around and enjoy the area. The hospitality throughout my stay was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Samir, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. When my initial room wasn’t quite to my liking, he took the time to understand my concerns and worked hard to find a room that better suited my preferences. His attentiveness, patience, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly made a difference and turned a good stay into a great one. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, great location, and outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay here again.
Wonderful stay here in the perfectly located M Social. Reception staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was massive and very well presented. Really well furnished. The air con was easy to control. The shower was powerful. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely come back next year.
