The Marriott Champs-Élysées is all about its fantastic location, right in the heart of the Champs-Élysées. Being surrounded by some of Paris’s best shopping, dining, and attractions makes it an excellent base for exploring the city. The hotel itself was very nice, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a hotel with an unbeatable location in Paris, this is a great choice. Highly recommended.
We were so satisfied with this hotel during our first visit to Paris that we chose it again for our second trip. The staff and hotel service are truly top-notch. Especially when we arrived from the airport, it was still a bit early for check-in, but they were incredibly helpful and gave us our room early. This was a wonderful gesture because we were genuinely exhausted. The location of the hotel is perfect; you can walk to almost all the tourist attractions, and it's amazing for popping back into your room during the day while spending time on the Champs-Élysées. We were also very pleased with the in-hotel services; our room was cleaned multiple times throughout the day. Thank you for everything—our destination for all future Paris trips is officially set! ;)
We had the best time staying here. The hotel was clean, well-staffed, safe and sophisticated. The breakfast was well organized and stocked. We absolutely loved the employee, Hanna from the restaurant: she made our stay lovely with her amazing and kind personality and looked forward to seeing her everyday. Thank you for the great stay.
Outstanding staff who generally were very attentive to our needs. One being our room was not made up and they rectified it immediately. There seemed to be a communication disconnect with Housekeeping as we had to continually request non decaf coffee ultimately we just gave up. The food in the restaurant was disappointing overall. The one evening we ate at the hotel, I would not eat the dishes served they were that disappointing. Overall this is a very good property with a good location. Would I stay here again? No.
Best premium hotel location in Paris. Step out the front door and onto Champs Elysse. 3 minutes to the Metro, 3 min to flagship LVT store and 2 min to Monoprix. Room was modern, large and sparklingly clean. Housekeeping staff was great. Room was quiet and king bed was comfy. Had a window that opened into a quiet courtyard. Fantastic breakfast service. Beautiful lobby and amazing concierge and bell staff. This hotel is expensive but still delivers good value.
