Amazing little art nouveau decorated bar with seating for less than a dozen at its curved counter and elegant window bench. The creative cocktails were delicate and well balanced in their several ingredients, especially the egg whites drink, which was frosty and refreshing. The bartender was welcoming, helpful, and informative. A wonderful experience!
One of my favorite bars in Paris. Intimate. Incredible atmosphere (art nouveau style). Amazing service. And even better drinks. Their drinks change often but they’re all winners. Tonight we had the Parisien, a Negroni, and a vanilla dirty martini (an off menu speciality you must ask for). Conan helped us tonight and he was beyond kind and helpful.
What a fantastic experience and concept, with an equally amazing and friendly host. It was my first cocktail tasting set menu and I had a blast. The drinks were unique, and I can see it might not be for everyone's tastes, but it was right up my alley and so fun. Fair warning, you might get tipsy! One of my top outings in our Paris trip.
Trust me, it’s worth it. Thank you Bar Nouveau ♡ Ramos and Colonel are must-orders. Literally feels like diving into yogurt foam. Colonel is probably my favorite. I’m obsessed with the sake-container presentation, and honestly just watching the whole process is part of the fun. Gustav has this strong woody vibe, maybe even a slight leather note? But the look of it is delicate and beautiful. Everything blends together so well. Fine à l’eau was my last drink tonight and omg… instant Apfelschorle déjà vu. I’m actually obsessed. Also the bartenders and staff were all genuinely so kind and considerate. Amazing drinks, amazing people, amazing night. Next time I’m in Paris, I’m definitely stopping by again.🫶🏼🥹
On my quest to try as many bars as I can that are on the Best 50 List, I went to Bar Noveau (#17) already having high expectations. They exceeded so well! The ambience is not intimidating especially for a female solo traveler like me. It’s a small bar that has counter seats and a few spare tables, their bathroom is clean and smells amazing as well (Just needed to highlight it!) I ordered the Ramos which was creamy and unique. Very beautifully presented. All the bartenders and staff were kind and accommodating as well. I truly had the best time and will be back for more.
