We thoroughly enjoyed dining at Le Christine. It was our last night in Paris and we wanted to have one last special meal so we got the set menu with wine pairing. Le Christine did not disappoint!! The presentation of each dish was absolute perfection and the flavours were just amazing. The service was top class - very attentive without being overbearing. If you are looking for an unpretentious culinary experience, this is it. Added bonus for being dog friendly

We ate at Le Christine during our stay in Paris. We had made reservations several weeks in advance, as we had heard and read positive reviews. I am very glad we made reservations when we did as it got busy during the course of the evening. Upon arrival, we were greeted and immediately taken to our table. The first thing you notice is the intimate dining atmosphere, which is very similar to many of the Saint Germain restaurants. Coming into this, we knew it was going to be a more refined, higher end restaurant menu. Once the menus arrived, there were two options: tasting menu with wine pairings or à la carte. We chose à la carte. Important as we were looking for more portion than tasting. We were asked about allergies, and we mentioned one diner was gluten free. They were able to accommodate, make alterations, and throughout the evening had several positive gluten free addition or add ons, which was very appreciated. Thank you. We really did want to drink cocktails, but unfortunately they do not offer hard alcohol nor cocktails which was pretty unfortunate especially for a restaurant of this caliber. So we had to stick to wine, although their wine list is extensive. We started off with an amuse bouche that comes presented on an olive tree, which was pretty interesting and a nice start: highly creative. This was followed by another small surprise starter, almost like a crispy cheese cream puff with Japanese seaweed. For starters, we decided to go with the grilled sardine which was elegantly prepared, both visually and plate wise. Throughout the evening all the plates and stoneware were excellent. The service of how the plating of food comes out is a little bit slow so be prepared that things take their time. Before our main course came out, we were brought bread, which was very good quality, and also gluten free bread, which was a very nice touch. For the main course, we chose the grilled Angus beef picanha with green asparagus salad tarragon and an absolutely beautiful sauce. Unfortunately, as beautiful as the plate looked, the beef was chewy and the portion size was extremely small. Having eaten at steakhouses around the world this seemed too small and not of the highest caliber . There were two more little dessert surprises brought out on the chocolate side, again with really nice stoneware. We did not order a separate dessert because honestly, we felt that we were still hungry. Overall, service is impeccable. Staff is great . It is a slow paced dinner, which is okay, and they do make you feel very welcomed. But for the price & the portion size, especially of the main dish, was way too small. Since we did not go for the tasting menu and chose à la carte instead, the portion sizes still felt more like tasting menu portions. Leaving a restaurant of this status still feeling hungry felt like a letdown at the end of the evening. A good experience from a presentation and service perspective, but when you leave a restaurant feeling hungry, it does leave a little bit of a negative taste.

Great service and atmosphere. 5 course dinner at a single star Michellin restaurant. Make a reservation. Food presentation and explanation was excellent. Pair with a wine and will be a little more than $100 euros per person. Was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it. Thanks Le Christine Chef and staff for making our last night in Paris memorable.

Absolutely amazing. If you have the chance, book a reservation. It's simply spectacular cuisine and a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The wine list is well selected and the deconstructed onion soup is simply sublime. Wonderful service and so informative and professional. Highly recommended.

LE CHRISTINE · CHRISTMAS EVE DINNER • PARIS 🎄✨ Booked Le Christine weeks ago even before I got to Paris. Christmas Eve at Le Christine was intimate, elegant, and quietly unforgettable. Tucked away on a softly lit street, the restaurant felt warm and timeless, setting the tone for a festive tasting menu that was both refined and deeply comforting. Each course arrived with beautiful restraint — pristine seafood, thoughtful plates, and flavours that felt classic yet alive, all paced perfectly so the evening lingered. So in love with the barbecued lobster, foie gras, emulsion of lobster heads, and lobster roll. As well as the tarte feuilletée with pigeon, smoked eel, watercress and poulette sauce. The Brie de Meaux, grilled vanilla and truffle cold dessert was superb! What made the night truly special was the atmosphere. Attentive but unobtrusive service, candlelit tables, and that rare sense of being fully present — just us, great food, and Paris on Christmas Eve. Fabulous without being flashy, indulgent without excess, and effortlessly memorable. Highly recommend to pop by for dinner when in Paris. It’s exquisite without being pretentious and the food is delicious. #LeChristine #ParisDining #ChristmasEveDinner #ParisFood #FineDining
