We ate at this small bistro after a three hour walking tour of Montmartre and Sacre Coeur on a magic spring day. There were large crowds however this little bistro was a quiet refuge . Still okay for people watching however away from the crowds. My brave son had the Steak Tartare Maison .This was his first attempt at raw mince and loved it. Carly went for the Boeuf Bourguignon - the beef was melt in the mouth tender and full of flavour. Catherine and I had the Pate and some sirloin steak from the formula menu . Pate was delicious, steak a little tough and the fried potatoes delicious. The young lady serving was doing the whole bistro on her own - she was very friendly, very fast and very charming. Meals were served quickly. Some construction work was going on across the road which was noisy at times however this will go in time. Ther
A very cozy place with friendly and welcoming staff. The service is fast, but you never feel rushed. The food is delicious, especially the salads — the fried potatoes in them are amazing. The atmosphere feels very French, yet also warm and homey. Definitely a place worth coming back to.
This restaurant is an underrated gem. Whenever I visit Paris I always make a special trip to Montmartre to eat one of their amazing salads topped with fried garlic potatoes. Overall an excellent value and fantastic food.
