I went there with my wife for a couples massage using a Groupon voucher. We were asked to remove our shoes and put them in a bin. We were given flip-flops in exchange to ensure cleanliness. We enjoyed the place and the massage (nice and firm, just the way I like it) plus the lovely tea at the end. The hot tub looks tempting. Maybe next time.
I had two treatments one after the other: - Hot stone massage - Facial massage Booking an appointment was easy via email, on the day and time of my choice. With a very warm welcome from Laura, I was quickly seated and taken care of. The room was very clean and the decor and atmosphere were soothing. Laura was perfect and attentive; she was gentle, careful, and sensitive to the intensity of the massage and the heat of the stones. Finishing this wonderful body treatment with a massage/facial was the icing on the cake. The little touches before leaving were much appreciated, including tea and especially Laura's expert advice on products and treatments! I even had a nice chat with Laura and the manager before leaving! I bought a product on my way out, which doesn't hurt to continue the treatments until my next wellness appointment at OZEN SPA. I'll be back :) for Laura's magical golden hands. Thanks again and see you soon ;)
I went for a California massage and wasn't disappointed. The beautician did a great job and ensure I was happy with the pressure at the beginning. It was a very relaxing experience.
