Like many, I went as part of the Amex program, and none of the Amex platinum benefits were provided -- no upgrade, early check in or late check out. I arrived on a Tuesday, a quieter day than most. They don't have a gym and when I asked, they said they partner with a nearby gym - not for free access but to reduce the daily fee from 45 euros to 35...? One small slow elevator that takes ages. Big letdown
In one word - WOW. What a spectacular hotel. A 5-star hotel and you really feel it - the location, the helpful, kind staff (special shout to Anthony, Gemma, Emily and Florence who were AMAZING!), the super chic and spacious rooms, with a huge balcony, the lovely breakfast and bar area. There’s even a pool with a sauna! I can’t wait to be back.
Les Bains Paris exceeded every expectation and delivered one of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. We were celebrating my wife's birthday, and the entire team helped make the occasion unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely gracious. Every member of the staff seemed invested in ensuring that our stay was exceptional. The hotel itself is stunning. The design strikes a rare balance between elegance, comfort, and personality. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, from the public spaces to the guest rooms. The style is distinctly Parisian, sophisticated without feeling formal, and full of character. Our room was beautiful, spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and impeccably appointed. The design was excellent, the amenities were first-rate, and every aspect of the room felt luxurious while remaining welcoming and livable. The location is another major advantage. Situated in the Marais, we were able to walk to so many of the places we wanted to visit while still enjoying a sense of privacy and retreat when we returned to the hotel. A special thank you to the team for helping coordinate a surprise flower delivery for my wife and for the thoughtful suite upgrade, which made an already special trip even more memorable.
Rooms are small (normal for a city like Paris) but well kept and really clean. Staff is also amazing and really dig in to provide you with a 10 star experience. Really good location. Will be coming back!
My visit to the Hôtel Les Bains was a wonderful experience. The design is sophisticated, the atmosphere intimate and chic, and the service attentive without ever feeling intrusive. It’s the kind of place where everything feels thoughtfully curated creating an experience that feels both luxurious and effortless. And I must admit, there’s a certain quiet amusement in knowing that some people — those who always seem far more absorbed in tracking other lives than tending to their own — will inevitably end up here. I hope it offers them a fleeting moment of calm. Sometimes a small glimpse of beauty, even borrowed and indirect, is the closest certain individuals ever come to stepping outside the narrow patterns they’ve chosen for themselves.
