Servers were incredibly attentive and friendly. Rosé was great, really high quality. Lovely ambience and atmosphere. Definitely a good spot for drinks.
I expected the experience to be amazing, but I was a bit disappointed, mostly caused by the staff. They have a walk in policy. I called earlier that day and they confirmed the walk in policy and said they don’t take reservations. Upon arrival at 7pm it was already quite crowded. When we asked for a table the lady at the front desk said she had a table for us. She walked us to a shared sofa with two other people and a purse stool for us to sit on. I asked for another table because there were a few available, upon which she said they were reserved. I told her I called earlier and asked about the reservation policy… she confirmed and said she couldn’t give us another table. Neither the sofa or purse stool were comfortable, so I mentioned we wanted to leave and have a drink elsewhere. Magically a table was available for us. This was much more comfortable. We order two drinks. Both mocktails were really nice and tasted great. But they are quite pricey. The music was quite loud so at times you could hardly hear each other and the space is very dark. Everytime a different waiter/ waitress tried to sell us more drinks. This was a bit annoying especially if you are having a conversation and your glass is still full. We decided to leave after one drink due to the pushy behavior. When we paid the bill the waiter was clearly not happy with the small tip we gave. And expressed that clearly, which I feel was a bit arrogant. Therefore I’m not sure if I will return in the future. The price per mocktail was €25.
