Service was terribly organized, we ordered earlier than some table, while their main course arrived we were still waiting for our cheese platter which is just a cold cut, for45 min!!!! After that 30 min for main dish another 30 min for desert. If table next to me who arrived 20 min later than us, they are already having entree and main dish and we are still waiting is not acceptable, and we were just two, not big group. Felt like they just prioritize oldies and big groups. Food was good though. Tables were pretty sequezed.
This was the best meal of our trip so far. The canard in orange sauce was amazing. It’s a very social atmosphere. Everyone is singing along. The organ grinder let me grind his organ. Definitely worth booking a reservation for.
What a wonderful experience! Jojo, you have created something truly amazing in such a tiny place. Fantastic atmosphere, great service, and delicious food. This small restaurant has a big family, and we feel like we are part of it. We’re so glad you exist.
Amazing, traditional cafe and restaurant. I expect the food would be much better once you new what they did well. But, the overall experience - lots of locals, lots of music - accordian plus singing (mostly Edith Piaf when we went). If you can speak a little french it helps!! Lots of fun. Brilliant!!
A unique Parisian experience! Tuesday night was Edith Piaf night. We ate, drank and sang to Edith Piaf. The staff were amazing! Only two people and managed to serve the entire restaurant and make genuine interaction with guests. We had Duck Breast and Pasta. Very tasty and cooked perfectly.
