Les Tournelles Hotel truly felt like a home away from home while we explored Paris. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many of the cafés, boutiques, and shopping spots that were on our list to visit. Akhram was the first to greet us at check in and he made us feel incredibly welcome and provided exceptional hospitality. Carlos was equally wonderful, sharing fantastic local recommendations that helped us experience Paris like a local. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. The hotel is charming, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The pastries served at breakfast and afternoon tea were some of the best we had during our entire trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and there is no question where we’ll be staying on our next visit. Les Tournelles has earned our loyalty!
Uses UP2PAY for prepayment, which felt unnecessary. Check-in was a bit slow. Rooms are small, and the AC doesn’t really work well. The shower stall could have been cleaner (some mold on the grout). On the plus side, the location is great for food and shopping, and it’s very convenient to the Paris Lyon train station. Overall: excellent location, but some comfort and cleanliness issues.
Had a very enjoyable eight nights at Les Tournelles. Location is great - very close to shops and cafes. Our room was comfortable and quiet, even though it faced the street. (We also used a brown noise app, which always helps.) Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, a very good value that we would recommend highly!
Lovely hotel in The Marais. Rooms are comfy & showers hot! Staff friendly & on 24/7 so always on hand. Excellent coffee. Didn't have breakfast but looked good. Would highly recommend this hotel & location
