Had a wonderful massage by Stacy - she has the hands of an angel. Isabelle, assistant manager of spa, was extremely personable and professional and made the whole experience very enjoyable. We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and the whole staff was great but these two at the spa were stand outs.
Wonderful massage and a relaxing time in the private spa.
The afternoon I spent in this spa was a cocoon outside of space and time! Rotating though the hamman, sauna and cooler swimming pool for an hour was glorious. I was then met by Vincent, my masseur who gave me the best body/scalp massage I've ever had. He had a fantastic, original playlist and took care to tailor the massage to my needs. I loved my time at the spa and can't wait to come back. I opted for an eye mask, but don't think it was very effective and would not ask for it next time. Merci Vincent!
I was so looking forward to my morning at the spa but only when I arrived I learned that the steam room-hammam wasn’t working. As it’s Winter I avoided the pool and the sauna didn’t make sense without first using the steam room so in the end I just waited to start my massage treatment on the coich. What was really disappointing is even though I asked for them if they could at least use the portable steamer they would typically use for facials while I’m getting the massage, they didn’t go with this option and I wasn’t offered a complimentary service or invited to come back again at least to use the facilities when the steam room is working again. The woman who did my massage was lovely, I enjoyed the treatment at least.
