After almost six years, it was wonderful to be back in Paris. For this trip (5–8 August 2026), I stayed at Hotel Astoria - Astotel. I usually stay at Hôtel Astra Opéra - Astotel, but this time my secretary accidentally booked a different Astotel property. Looking back, it turned out to be a happy mistake. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome and attentive service reminded me why I keep coming back to Astotel. The standards are consistently excellent, no matter which hotel you choose. I also appreciated the hotel’s security—guests need a key card to enter the building, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. This experience confirmed one thing: whether it’s Hôtel Astra Opéra, Hotel Astoria, or another Astotel property, I know I’ll always receive the same outstanding hospitality.
Great location for exploring the city but also seeing a little of ‘real’ Parisiennes and there are great local coffee shops and affordable restaurants. The hotel is comfortable but the main feature is the wonderful staff and the breakfast. Tej in the breakfast room greets everyone and the food is excellent and plentiful. The front desk staff are helpful and always available too. Just a great stay for all the family - we had grandparents and kids with us and everyone was very happy with the stay (and the air conditioning)
We had the nicest time at this hotel. The rooms are spacious for Paris and comfortable. There are complementary snacks and water at the reception, and there is complementary water and juice in all of the rooms. The hotel is located within walking distance to a metro station and within walking distance to several major landmarks. The staff is multi lingual, helpful and kind. TJ the breakfast room server is especially wonderful.
Breakfast was a great highlight. MR. TEJ made us welcome so much and feel at ease. Vegetarian options were there and very convenient. Location made it possible for quick Uber stops and nearby trips like multiple visits to Eiffel tower a breeze. Rooms bathroom door was not locking and telephone wasn't connected but other than it was clean, nice and convenient. We loved our stay here!
I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Astoria - Astotel during my trip to Paris. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the city. The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff consistently provided excellent service throughout my stay. A special thank you to TJ, who worked the breakfast service in the mornings. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful every day. TJ always had a smile on his face, made jokes, and created such a positive atmosphere. His great attitude and genuine hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip memorable!
