We had a wonderful stay at Hotel de Sers. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very quiet, making our family trip to Paris even more enjoyable. A very special thank you to Gérald Martin-Cocher, the Head Concierge. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a real difference during our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and we truly appreciated his warm hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have been returning here for the past three years, and each visit feels like coming home thanks to the exceptional staff. Their friendliness and attention to detail make all the difference. The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, and the newly renovated rooms are beautiful and very comfortable.
I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here in an Executive Suite. Everything you need in the room. Beds were so comfy and I have a hard time sleeping out of town. The location was perfect. Only a short walk to the Metro. The staff was fantastic, in particular Gerald, the concierge . He was fun to talk to and made some wonderful recommendations. If you need a place to stay on Paris this will not disappont!
I had a really great experience at the hotel thanks to Karim and Bob. Karim, the Night Manager, was extremely professional, helpful and always made sure everything was perfect. Bob was also very kind, friendly and attentive during my stay. Both of them made me feel very welcome and comfortable. It’s rare to meet staff who genuinely care about guests like this. Thank you again for the amazing service! I truly hope the hotel management recognizes and appreciates their excellent work because they absolutely deserve it
Love at first sight! A room with a terrace overlooking the Eiffel Tower and the Paris skyline is absolutely worth it for the most romantic getaway. Every moment spent in the room felt like a scene from a movie. The sunrise and the soft light of the spring sun filling the space… then the city glowing in golden hues in the evening. And before sleep, a glass of sparkling wine on the terrace with a mesmerizing view of the shimmering tower. I would also like to highlight the in-room breakfasts, the prompt service, and the thoughtfully curated selection of books. Finding Antoine de Saint-Exupéry there was simply perfect — a delightful and meaningful touch. Every detail, every moment made this trip truly perfect. This place absolutely deserves attention!
