The room we stayed in was large by Grand standards, which made a noticeable difference in comfort. The rooms are clean, modern, and well maintained. Overall security throughout the property is excellent — every access point is controlled by a code, which gives a strong sense of safety and professionalism. The location is outstanding. Everything is easily accessible, and it truly adds significant value to the overall experience. Overall, a very well-managed property that delivers comfort, security, and an excellent location.
Speaking about the location, the hotel is just a few steps away from the Champs-Élysées. There are many restaurants right below the hotel, and a supermarket is also within walking distance. As for the hotel itself, it is very safe and clean. There is a simple entrance and lobby with a reception desk that is staffed 24 hours a day. There is an elevator, but there is no daily housekeeping service unless requested, and it is subject to an extra charge. The bed is fairly comfortable, but the room is considered small and narrow, even though I stayed in the largest room available. The staff are absolutely wonderful. I was initially staying in a room on a lower floor, and when I requested a higher floor, they moved me the next day. This made me very happy and truly reflects their kindness and excellent service. I would definitely choose this hotel again every time I travel to Paris.
A very good hotel to stay especially in Paris 5/5! Room - very clean but self service so if you need new towels and toilet roll you have to get it yourself. It’s a busy road so it could be loud and they do provide ear plugs but sleep was good. Location - perfect location very central and easy to get to from metro. If shopping around and need to drop shopping it’s easy to do that and go back shopping. Service - very friendly staff. One didn’t say hi or greet us while sitting there but all the other staff was nice and polite. We would defo stay here again if we come to Paris. We booked the biggest room as some rooms are smaller.
Overall, we had a good stay at Numa. Very good location & the rooms were clean, and it was really convenient to be able to pick up essentials from the laundry room. Just be aware that no cleaning is included during the stay, and the rooms are quite small with limited storage space; even though we booked a standard-sized room.
We booked a 7 day stay here and were thankful for this hotel. Located just a few hundred feet off the main strip, this felt like an exceptionally central location to stay in Paris, allowing us to walk to so many locations all under an hour, average of 30-45 minutes. The hotel acts a bit differently than others, allowing the guest to access what they require, when they require it- such as linens, bathroom accessories and other items. Coffee and tea included in the room. Recommend if you’re looking for something more than a hostel but not as expensive as a higher end hotel. Very modern in all their approaches.
