The Terrass Hotel was wonderful for our first trip to Paris. It is in the Montmarte neighborhood which is filled with artists, cafes, and shops that are off the beaten path. The view of the Eiffel Tower is the best. We stayed in a balcony room with an Eiffel Tower view and it was breathtaking. There is a water and coffee/tea station that was nice. It is an easy walk to the metro which will take you to the center of Paris in 20 minutes. It was lovely and I will definitely stay there again. The staff was attentive and even left a note for my daughter who we were celebrating her senior year. Such a wonderful and memorable touch!
A very charming and wonderfully friendly hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We got to check in early which made our first day post flight much more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well and the bathroom was clean and modern. The rooftop bar was an excellent perk with great views overlooking Paris. We typically finished our long days up there for a night-cap. The metro is a quick walk away. In the area there are great restaurants and good shopping. Still touristy with a bit more of a local vibe.
Our stay was truly unforgettable. As someone who pays close attention to details, I can confidently say this hotel exceeded every expectation. We stayed in one of the corner suites, which offered the most breathtaking view of Paris I've ever experienced. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully unique. I especially loved having balcony views from both the bedroom and the bathroom it made the experience feel even more special and romantic. A special thank you to Camille, who went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with a missed Eiffel Tower reservation. She worked tirelessly to ensure everything was corrected, and thanks to her efforts, we were able to rebook and secure a window seat. Her dedication and exceptional service made a lasting impression. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Paris, and the rooftop restaurant offers truly stunning views that are worth experiencing on their own. This is the first hotel in a long time that I genuinely cannot wait to return to. Thank you to the entire team for the incredible service, attention to detail, and care that made our romantic getaway so memorable.

I loved the location and being able to walk through the beautiful streets of Montmartre, visit local cafés, explore hidden gems, and enjoy the neighborhood’s unique character while still having easy access to the rest of Paris. My room was comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. Each morning, I looked forward to breakfast, and the hotel’s rooftop terrace quickly became one of my favorite places for a stunning view over Paris with the Eiffel Tower in the distance. What truly made Terrass Hotel special, however, is its people. The exceptional hospitality I received made me feel less like a guest and more like a friend. Their attention to detail and genuine care elevated my entire trip. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Terrass Hotel to anyone visiting Paris. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. I have rarely experienced such attentive and genuinely friendly hotel staff in this category. The small and thoughtful birthday gesture for my girlfriend was especially touching. The reception team provided excellent tips and recommendations that truly enhanced our Paris stay. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the bar is a real gem, offering a breathtaking view over the city. We would definitely book again and can highly recommend this hotel.
