• Meet your guide at the Statue of Charlemagne located on the Île de la Cité. Tours do not operate during Mass or religious ceremonies. Please respect the places reserved for prayer and silence. Please dress respectfully (no tank tops, shorts above the knee, etc.). Visitors who do not comply may be denied entry by cathedral staff, and in such cases, we cannot be held responsible, and no refunds will be issued. Large bags and suitcases, knives, and metal water bottles are not allowed inside. It is forbidden to stand or speak in front of the reliquary of the Crown of Thorns, or enter the choir or chapels marked as reserved. All visitors undergo security screening upon entry. Children under 6 years old can enter for free. All visitors aged 6 and above must have a valid ticket. Admission to Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is free of charge. The guided tour is an independently organized service.
