  • Summit ticket holders will have to wait in line on the second floor to access the summit's elevators
  • This tour is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and (if summit option is selected) direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.
  • In rare occasions, the summit floor might be closed to the public due to maintenance, safety reasons, or unexpected elevator breakdowns/malfunctions, and no refunds or discounts will be guaranteed
  • People with reduced mobility are not allow to the summit floor
  • Hop-on hop-off buses operate daily, departing every 10 minutes in summer and every 20 minutes in winter
  • Audio commentary is available in French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, and Chinese on the cruise
  • During peak seasons, the Seine River cruise may have longer waits due to a higher number of visitors
