• Personal headphones required • There may be a wait at security, which can take up to 20 minutes in high season. In case of adverse weather conditions or for security reasons, wait times at the security checkpoints may be extended • Any items exceeding 55x35x20cm are not permitted in the museum • Due to museum availability, your entrance time may be 1 hour before or after the time you requested • The museum opens at 9:00 AM. The last entry is at 4:00 PM on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays and at 8:00 PM on Fridays. The museum is closed on Tuesdays, January 1, May 1, and December 25 • Persons under 18 and EU residents under 26 may enter for free with an ID (You will only be charged for the digital audioguide.)
