We’ll start our tour with a selection of high-quality charcuterie, eating together for a French-style picnic. ➢ Le Boeuf Bourguignon, classic French dish that originated in the Burgundy region of France. It is a slow-cooked beef stew made with tender chunks of beef braised in red wine, typically Burgundy wine, along with a variety of vegetables and herbs. ➢The traditional « mix of fromage », A savory mix of cheese selected by the cheese specialist from the neighborhood. ➢ Crêpe! Maybe the most famous traditional French dessert: sweet but not too much, thin and soft, you will choose among its most popular sweet variants. ➢ La chouquette, small puff pastry made from choux pastry and sugar pearls or Keepsake: small round cakes, inspired by meringues.
