Meet & Greet Service – Easy Collection Upon arrival, your driver will be waiting for you directly at the terminal, right after you exit the baggage claim area. You will easily recognize them by a sign with your name clearly displayed. Our staff continuously monitors flight times arrival and departure. Available Options 1) From CDG Airport to Paris (arrival transfer — day) Enjoy a smooth transfer directly from Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) to your hotel or address in Paris (ZIP codes 75001–75020). Please provide your flight details, including arrival time and flight number, so we can track your flight and adjust the pick-up time accordingly. Your driver will assist you and ensure you reach your accommodation safely and comfortably. 2) From Paris to CDG Airport (departure transfer — day ) If you are leaving Paris, we’ll make sure you reach the airport on time for your flight. Please provide your hotel or address in Paris (ZIP codes 75001–75020) along with your departure time and flight number. By default, pick-up is automatically scheduled 3 hours before your flight departure time, allowing sufficient time for check-in and security procedures. If you prefer a different pick-up time, simply inform us at least 24 hours before your departure, and we’ll be happy to adjust it for you. 3) Round-trip transfer (arrival + departure — day) Enjoy the convenience of a complete round-trip service — from the airport to your accommodation in Paris (ZIP codes 75001–75020) and back to the airport at the end of your stay. Your arrival pick-up will take place directly at your flight’s arrival terminal, and your return pick-up from your Paris address will be automatically scheduled 3 hours before your flight departure time. Operating Hours and Options Our transfer service operates every day, 24 hours a day, to suit all flight schedules. You can choose between two time options based on your flight: Daily transfers: Arrivals at airport / Pick-ups from Paris between 7 AM and 9 PM Select the correct option when booking, based on your flight arrival time and pick-up time for your departing flight (automatically scheduled 3 hours before departure). For other times - Night transfers: Arrivals at airport / Pick-ups from Paris between 9 PM and 7 AM - please select the Standard Night option and one-way transfers Reliable, Private, and Comfortable Enjoy fully licensed vehicles with air conditioning, spacious interiors, and professional multi-lingual drivers dedicated to your comfort. Pick-up (Arrival) directly at your flight’s arrival terminal, after baggage claim. Pick-up (Departure) directly from the address you provided 3 hours before your flight time. The driver will hold a sign with your name and contact you by text or phone. At your arrival if the waiting time or your flight delay exceeds one hour, please contact the provider by email or phone using the contact details provided in your voucher. At your departure the driver will only wait an extra 15 minutes before leaving. After this time, he will no longer be responsible for the transfer
