  • Please note that your tasting will not take place on the cruise. Your tickets will be sent to you one day before your tour date via e-mail. Cruise tickets are valid for one month and can be used at any time within the company’s operating hours. There is no fixed reservation time. Summer: daily departures every 30 min (10:00 AM–10:00 PM). Winter: every 45 min (10:30 AM–9:00 PM). Les Terrasses du Trocadéro is open daily 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Operating hours may change depending on the companies’ schedules. During peak season, waits for the cruise may reach up to 2 hours. Outside food and drinks are not permitted on board the boats. Audio guides are provided by the cruise company: the smartphone app offers 11 languages (FR, EN, ES, PT, IT, DE, ZH, HI, JA, RU, AR). Wired audio guides, available on the lower deck, cover 14 languages: EN, DE, ZH, KO, ES, IT, JA, NL, PL, PT, RU, FR, AR, HI. Please note that Korean, Dutch, and Polish are only supported with wired headsets, not on the mobile app.
