Important Information

  • Tickets to Versailles are limited and sell out fast, especially during peak seasons. The tour in the palace lasts 1.5 hours, then you'll be able to enjoy the gardens at your own pace. The palace gardens are free only from November to March, with no garden tickets needed. (Prices are adjusted accordingly) There are no fountain shows during this period. The gardens close at 5:30 PM from Nov to Mar, every Sat from Jun 7–Sep 20, on May 24, and Oct 26–31.
