We had a great stay at citizenM Champs Elysees. It’s in a very good location, and the rooms and common areas were clean. We checked in at night and were welcomed by Anass and Maud. They were very friendly and made us feel at home throughout our 9 days there. In fact, the entire night staff was exceptional and I appreciate how they treated us. The day staff was good as well, but they were a bit inconsistent (it took a couple requests for them to replace our soaps, and communicate accurate information about room cleaning). We will definitely stay here again.
The hotel is very nice. The location and the indoor and outdoor seating areas are ideal. I didn’t like the room very much, but I only used it for sleeping, so it wasn’t a big issue. Most of the time I stayed in the lobby, where the staff are very friendly. I especially want to mention Anass. He is the nicest person I have ever met. He treats both colleagues and guests with great care, and everyone leaves happy and satisfied after he helps them. He provides excellent customer service and always tries to keep everyone happy. A huge thank you to Anass. He is not only kind but also very funny. When he had his day off, it really felt like something was missing. I will choose this hotel again next time because of him. He truly deserves to be promoted, and I hope he is well appreciated.
My primary reasons to choose this hotel were my membership and the location of it. Latter is unbeatable, you will stay next door to Champs Elysees within walking distance (
Great hotel. It’s self service which i enjoy. You check in on a little tablet and can do everything on your own but there is someone from the staff ready to guide you if it’s your first time at a citizenM hotel. They explain to you everything about the accommodation and how it works. They have plenty of comfy space to chill and work from. The hotel lay out feel quite social and you can meet people which is nice. This is one of my new favorite hotels. The room is fully digital and easy to maneuver via the app. The room is super compact but has everything you need handy. It kinda forces you, in a good way, to chill in the common areas. The only downside was that I was next to the elevator and that there was sort of pressure which would vibrate my door. No biggie though. The staff was superb and very nice. Rare to find in Paris unless you are paying € 1,500 a night.
This small hotel is sitting at the heart of Paris. The location is amazing with newrby restaurants and transport system (bus and train). Rooms are small but smartly constructed with modern interior design. They interestingly put the sink outside the bathroom, which allowed more space for the shower. The bed is moderately firm which promotes a good sleep. Everything can be controlled via app, and the check in experience was also quick and high tech.
