Had the loveliest stay here! The staff was so welcoming, Penny was so friendly and made the experience amazing! The breakfast was so yummy and the hotel is beautiful. Also, the location is perfect and so close to multiple metro stations and nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
My family of 3 used this hotel as our base in Paris. The location was selected by our tour company and we extended our stay for independent touring. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty every day. The service was great. Hadji and Tim were extremely helpful to us at the front desk/ reception. Almost every one was able to speak with us in English which was very helpful. The three nights with tour proved this is a great hotel for larger groups and the four nights independent showed us it is good for families. It was very nice to have cafes, supermarket, and the Metro very close to the hotel.
I would like to leave this impeccable review for all the kind staff that elevated the experience for us at Les Jardins du Marais! From the welcoming check-in, the well-spoken English staff to the high quality room and additions, the standard was already set to the roof and expectation were surpassed. We originally booked for a double room…only to find out we were given a Queen/double bed! With the efficient and kind service, it was changed in no time before leaving to explore the city for the day. The walk from the closest metro station was less then 100 steps! Extremely convenient as we were on the go from check in to check out. Our stay was only for the short weekend, celebrating and partying for Le fete de musique which was a blast! I recommend everyone from all parts of the world to stay at this hotel and experience a weekend of culture and vibes. To conclude this amazing hotel review, I give my highest appreciations to Jonathan, Moulay & Jihadul, whom increases the value and experience striking outstanding customer service who really went out their way for me and my guest at our stay. Without a doubt, we will be returning in the future. PS, Breakfast is worth the addition, more than enough options if you’re picky. Love from London. 💪🏾❤️
My wife and I travelled to Paris this week to see an Olivia Dean concert. I booked this hotel back in February and was a little unsure after reading some mixed reviews, but our experience was excellent from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly staff who took the time to explain all of the hotel's amenities. We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms in the outbuilding, which was modern, spotless, and far exceeded our expectations based on some of the reviews we had read online. The bathroom was equally clean and featured a fantastic shower. The hotel had a lively atmosphere, with an event taking place during our stay, yet it remained very quiet at night, allowing us to enjoy a great night's sleep throughout our visit. The location was another major highlight, situated close to the Saint-Sébastien–Froissart Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. There was also a lovely bar nearby and an excellent crêperie where we enjoyed a few late-night snacks. Overall, this was a fantastic hotel and one that we've already recommended to friends and family. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris. It offered great value for money and is perfectly located in the heart of the city.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special, and every detail felt luxurious and thoughtful. Our room was beautiful, the atmosphere was charming, and the entire experience felt like something out of a movie. Paris was unforgettable, and this hotel played a huge part in making our trip so extraordinary. We cannot wait to return!
