We had a great stay. The hotel is very cute, including our room. The room was cozy with an efficient layout and space to move about and for our suitcases. The elevator was tiny - just barely fit my 6yo and me, but they took our bags to our room as we checked in so that was very helpful. We were luckily on Floor 2, so we mostly took the stairs. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location was great. We took the bus a lot - several major lines pick up / drop off within a couple of blocks. The pool and AC were wonderful given the summer heat. The pool was open 9am-8pm. Between 9-6pm you have to reserve a timeslot at the front desk but you get the swimming pool to yourself. Would be very romantic for a couple. We arrived on our first day at 1pm and were able to get the 2pm timeslot. Very refreshing after traveling all morning and our room was ready early, so we unpacked and went down to the pool. Open swim for all guests 6-8pm. Would definitely stay here again.
A fantastic hotel in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable throughout our stay. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely committed to ensuring all of our needs were met. Nothing was too much trouble, and their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wonderful selection of homemade cakes, fresh bread, muesli, salads, quality cheeses and meats, plus eggs cooked to order. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The hotel’s underground pool, set within an atmospheric stone cellar, was a unique and relaxing feature. It can be reserved for private use, which is a lovely touch, although it’s worth booking in advance rather than expecting to use it spontaneously. Overall, an outstanding hotel in a perfect location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you so much x
We had a lovely stay during a heat wave. The air conditioner worked very well! We filled out the pre-arrival survey and were delighted that the room was ready when we arrived at about 1:30pm. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice, central location within the city, and on a quiet street with a natural grocery 2 minutes away. Bed was comfortable. The rooms are small, but that is normal in Paris, and the layout is efficient. We would stay here again. Tip: the best bakery nearby is La Maison d'Isabelle.
Very clean and beautiful rooms. Concierge was always friendly. Only downside was no water kettle in the room and coffee wasn’t complementary during breakfast hours. Seems like a way to force people into buying breakfast at the hotel which after the cost of a stay seems a little silly. Nearby is an incredible patisserie and a short walk to the Seine river. Neighborhood is more touristy. Bed was comfortable. Nice little patio garden in the interior too.
I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was simply perfect — the hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are very cozy, and the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant. What impressed us even more was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. I also accidentally left my iPad in the room, and the team helped arrange shipping immediately. I received it back just two days later, which was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for your help and care. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!
