Great bar and great service! We enjoyed drinks at this nostalgic bar! Super friendly and really great cocktails!!
Loved this spot. We went during the holidays, which made the atmosphere feel even more festive. Some of the best classic cocktails I’ve had, and the bartender was incredibly friendly and helpful. No pretentiousness at all, just great drinks and great service. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Paris.
The best bar in Paris! I love the crowd there. Some of my best encounters happened right in this bar. The service is excellent. The cocktails are delicious, but the hot dogs are absolutely amazing!!! We’ll rush to this bar even after a Michelin-starred meal—these are the kind of hot dogs you’ll dream about at night 😉😂 We’ll be back in Paris soon, and I’ll happily visit this bar again 👌🌸🥂
This is a bar, so I didn’t provide a rating for food, but it was fun to go to a location that was the original creator of the French 75 and the Bloody Mary. The drinks, however, haven’t evolved at all. I’ve had better Bloody Mary’s, but I would still say it’s worth the visit if you are in the area. It is conveniently located near the Opera House.
I'm giving four stars as I feel like it's worth a visit if you love a good drink, the historic value and ambience is the main factor that drives this. On a rainy Wednesday afternoon there were just a few customers, so service was quick and friendly. The cocktails were great so was the hotdog mainly the mustard, however other than a one time visit the price which I'm sure is driven by the high cost of rent of the area wouldn't warrant a return visit but neither does Paris in general for me but that's just my view.
