Absolutely amazing hotel! We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower – simply unforgettable, especially in the evening when it lights up! The atmosphere was fantastic, and everything made our stay in Paris feel extra special. Waking up to such an incredible view was a dream. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris!
I had a wonderful stay at Eklo during VivaTech week. The hotel’s location is exceptional - quite literally on the doorstep of the Convention Centre, with a conveniently located side entrance that made access effortless (no queue) even during one of the busiest weeks of the year. Despite the high volume of guests, the hotel was impressively well organised, and every member of staff I encountered was friendly, professional, and courteous. My room was spotless, quiet, and offered a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. A special thank you to Yanis, the Reception Manager, whose hospitality truly stood out. He exemplifies the very best of guest service: attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a positive experience. When the restaurant was closed for a private event, Yanis personally made me a coffee at reception and even managed to find some tea for me to enjoy using the shared kitchen facilities. It was a small gesture that made a lasting impression. I was genuinely impressed by how smoothly the hotel operated during such a busy period. Eklo offers excellent value, a fantastic location, and a team that clearly takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris for an event at the Convention Centre.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. This was my second time staying at this hotel. It is clean, comfortable, and although not luxurious, it’s an excellent choice if you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring Paris rather than staying in the hotel. In my opinion, the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. There were some issues with the Wi-Fi, but since I had mobile internet, I didn’t bother reporting it. Special thanks to Janis at the front desk. I arrived late and exhausted, and he kindly upgraded my room free of charge. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and I truly appreciated it. The service at the hotel is excellent, and I would gladly stay here again.
Fantastic staff and amenities! (Special shout-out to Sebastian, Sarah and Yamin) I arrived earlier than check-in time, got an unexpected upgrade and was allowed to check-in upon arrival. The pictures of the place is as shown and expected from the pictures. Everything as neat, tidy and clean as far as my experience goes. The location (although far from the city sights) is not a big issue, since the metro is just around the corner. It's worth staying here, rather than having to deal with the hustle and bustle of the city area to unwind. It's worth the price and time. And the restaurant on the top level is superb! Great array for the breakfast buffet, ala carte and dinner choices!
