Amazing stay at this hotel! The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food is excellent, with great quality and variety, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again.
Absolutely fantastic hotel! The location is perfect, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the service is outstanding. Every member of the staff was kind, especially Sahidi and Gina. Welcoming, and attentive. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you for making our stay in Paris so memorable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!
We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Champs-Élysées. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, making it easy to explore Paris. A special thank you to Rami and Jana who made our stay truly exceptional. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. His warm hospitality and outstanding service made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. This hotel was actually a great stay. We stayed for six nights. The location was excellent right next to the Champs-Élysées, they were so welcoming, and everything was well taken care of. We extended our stay after the third night, and everything was seamless. They even happily upgraded us when we first checked in and let us stay in the same room. We owe a special thank you to Jana, Hajar, and Sahidi for their kindness and professionalism. We had a few issues with a couple of things, but everything was handled immediately. And Jana was absolutely a great concierge and made our stay even smoother with her helpful attitude and attention to detail. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. One of our best hotel stays yet.
Grand Hôtel Champs-Elysées truly feels like a home away from home, which is exactly what you hope for in a great hotel. Its location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city, but what really made our stay special was the exceptional staff. A heartfelt thank you to Jana and Henri at reception for their warm welcome and helpful service, as well as Fatu and Tracy at breakfast for starting our mornings on such a pleasant note. The housekeeping team, especially Mary, also did a wonderful job in ensuring everything was comfortable and well maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast experience was quintessentially French, offering a small yet satisfying selection of high-quality items. I really appreciated that it was not a large, commercial buffet, but instead a thoughtful and appetising spread that avoided unnecessary waste. The hotel also impressed us with its efficiency and flexibility. Our security deposit was refunded in less than 48 hours, and we were kindly granted an early check-in upon request, which made our arrival much smoother. Overall, you cannot go wrong with a stay here. The combination of location, comfort, and genuinely caring staff makes this hotel stand out. We will definitely be coming back.
