Outstanding service . I haven't experienced customer service like this post Covid and let me tell you I stay at a lot of fancy places . To be honest I stay at more fancy places but the customer service at this hotel - is a different level of kindness Food was delicious . Sheets and bedding was top of the line . Really enjoyed my stay and I recommend .
Our recent stay at Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet's Paris exceeded expectations in every respect. From the voituriers and bagagistes upon arrival, to the Lobby Ambassador, Guest Relations team at check-in, and the concierge staff, every interaction was warm, polished, professional, and genuinely welcoming. In particular, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Vincent, who facilitated our check-in and truly curated our overall experience to ensure every aspect of our stay was five stars — from room selection and restaurant reservations to personal requests and thoughtful attention to detail. Further, Joffray, the Head Concierge, was exceptionally accommodating and made our stay completely unforgettable through his remarkable attentiveness, professionalism, and ability to make anything possible. The hospitality throughout the property was exceptional. Room service, the restaurant teams, housekeeping, and all hotel staff consistently delivered a level of attentiveness and service that made the experience both luxurious and effortless. Our room was fantastic — beautifully maintained, comfortable, elegant, and thoughtfully appointed. Every detail of the stay reflected the high standards, sophistication, and timeless Parisian elegance that make Fouquet’s Paris so special. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience. We very much look forward to returning and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an exceptionally curated experience.
Birthday trip for the wife. Booked last minute but they had a room open for us for the early AM arrival and upgraded for her. First class service and treatment. The spa is perfect after a long day of walking. Breakfast was spot on with views of the Champs. Incredible weekend. Once of the best stays I've ever had. Thank you to the staff.
Outstanding Service by Moez We had a truly wonderful experience at Fouquet’s Hotel in Paris, and a big part of that was thanks to Moezz. From the moment we interacted with him, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely professional. Moez went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, always with a warm smile and a positive attitude. His attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. He is a true asset to Fouquet’s Hotel, and his excellent service greatly enhanced our overall experience. We had an incredible stay at Hotel Fouquet’s in Paris. The hotel itself is stunning, elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality. Ifa was an amazing host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, she was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience, especially while we were traveling with our young child. Her kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcomed. We are definitely coming back to Paris and would not hesitate to stay at Hotel Fouquet’s again. Highly recommend. This is hospitality done right.
