This hotel consistently exceeds my expectations, and what keeps me coming back is the exceptional level of service from the staff. Every visit feels like coming home thanks to their genuine hospitality, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail. A special mention goes to Kunga, who you’ll find at breakfast during the weekdays. She is truly amazing—always warm, welcoming, and exceptionally professional. What stands out most is her remarkable ability to remember details and preferences, so you never have to repeat yourself. She makes every morning feel effortless and personalised. Cindy at the front desk is equally outstanding. From arrival to departure, she ensures the entire experience is seamless. She is polite, professional, efficient, and always makes guests feel valued and well taken care of. The entire team works together to create an atmosphere that is both welcoming and refined. Great people, great service, and a great hotel. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning again soon.
I really appreciated the superior service at the Saint-Marc. Our group had an illness during our stay, and the staff could not have been nicer to us. They were even able to extend our stay on very short notice. You may hear some occasional street noise depending on the location of your room, but you won't hear any other guests. The hotel has a charming art deco interior and is located close to everything... restaurants, metro and buses, Roissybus to the airport, shops, etc. Clean, cool, and calming. A delightful oasis in the world's most exciting city.
Had a beautiful time at Hotel Saint-Marc. The highlight were the staff at the front desk, so kind and helpful. Would book here again purely for them. Amazing wine selection (albeit small!) and fantastic location. If I could suggest anything: Chairs in the bar aren’t very comfortable and the shower head needs a deep clean, few of the nozzles are blocked up and water spurts in all directions. Not huge things though. Everything else was fab.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The hotel itself is spotless — probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in — and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed. But what really stood out was how the staff helped me find a lost item. They took the time and effort to track it down, and without their help, my whole trip would have been a mess. I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a truly enjoyable stay!
