Le Village Montmartre

Location is great - right next to the metro. Stayed in a 12-bed room but we had ONE shower to use between all of us, that was a bit difficult. And they keycards stop working often - I had to get a new one at least everyday (sometimes twice a day). Staff was friendly, fairly clean but definitely mold in the bathroom. But it was a cheap stay.
Wow- nice staff and incredibly nice view from the double rooms! Make sure to make an extra call to make reservation for room with bathtub! As I said, the staff is amazing! Tres sympathyque!!! The boss was not nice - I think she should treat their workers with more respect!!! ✊🏼
I stayed at this hostel for a week and had a wonderful experience overall! The location couldn’t be better — right in Montmartre, close to both Anvers and Barbès Rochechouart metro stations, and surrounded by cute cafés and interesting spots like the painters’ square and the stunning Sacré-Cœur. My room was small, but that’s to be expected in Paris. It was cozy, clean, and totally worth the price. The patio was one of my favorite parts — a peaceful place to unwind with a lovely view of Sacré-Cœur. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the 24/7 reception made check-ins and questions really convenient. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, but I have to give a special shoutout to Nathalia, who checked me in on my first day. She was so kind, gave me great local tips, and even helped me practice my French! The only downside was the thin walls — you can hear a bit of noise from neighboring rooms and showers. Luckily, my stay was quiet overall, and I was usually too tired from exploring to notice much. I’d definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable stay in a fantastic part of Paris!
