Absolutely delicious burger, exactly what I wanted. Flavorful and juicy. There was an onion ring inside the burger (The Return of the Cowboy) that stayed incredibly crispy until the last bite. Generous, thin fries; not super crispy but tasty. Even the lettuce with vinaigrette was so good. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes but the hostess was very transparent to manage everyone’s expectations, and she predicted the wait time perfectly. Service is nice and very fast, the order came out quickly. I’ll definitely come back to try the other burgers.
I had a really great experience at PNY Marais Bretonnerie. I ordered the veggie burger and it was honestly perfect. fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The staff were one of the highlights of the visit, super friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overwhelming. They really make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The place itself is beautiful as well. It’s not too big, which gives it a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying your meal without feeling crowded. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!
Probably the Best burgers in Paris, better than PNY pigalle. Outstanding dishes: vintage and morning california! Fries are excellent (bit soggy), not for a light meal but worth it! Skip appetirzers. Fried chicken tenders are excellent too!

PNY stands for Paris New York, a well-known burger chain that started in Paris and quickly became popular for its gourmet burgers made with high-quality ingredients. The beef comes from a respected French supplier and the burgers are prepared fresh on site, which explains the strong reputation the brand has among burger lovers in the city.  The PNY Marais location sits in the lively Marais district and has a cool, well-designed interior with a relaxed, American-inspired vibe.  The place is well ambiented and the staff is friendly, which makes it a great spot for a casual meal. The burgers are amazing. They have quite a variety of options, from classic cheeseburgers to more creative combinations, all made with good ingredients and cooked to order.  But the real highlight are the sweet potato fries. They are extremely good — crispy, flavorful and easily one of the best sides on the menu. One downside is that there are basically no desserts, which is a bit surprising for a place where you might want something sweet after a great burger. 🍔 Conclusion: A fantastic burger spot in the Marais with great burgers and outstanding sweet potato fries, in a cool and friendly atmosphere. ⭐ Rating: 4/5 🔥 Best part: the burgers and especially the sweet potato fries. 🍰 Could improve: adding some dessert options would make the experience even better.
I was recommended this place by a friend, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I ordered the classic burger with a side of fries, and it was absolutely mouthwatering. The burger came on a brioche bun that was perfectly buttered and incredibly soft. The location wasn't very busy, so there was ample seating available when I arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I never thought I would seek out a burger while traveling in another country, but if you appreciate a well-crafted burger, you must try this spot. You'll thank me later!
