Absolutely outstanding! This was actually the second time I have booked an apartment through this owner, and once again the experience was excellent. My elderly parents stayed at this apartment in the Marais and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is comfortable, beautifully maintained, spotless, and very easy to access, which was especially important for them. The location is exceptional—right in the heart of the Marais, within walking distance of wonderful cafés, restaurants, shops, and many of Paris’s most beautiful attractions. Getting around the city was incredibly easy. The owner is attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the stay. Communication was excellent, and they were always available to help with any question or request. What impressed us most was the combination of quality, service, and value. The apartment is exactly as described, very well cared for, and offered at a fair price. Having now booked with Marc twice, I can confidently say that he is a reliable and professional host who truly cares about his guests.
Nice organized old department. The grand “value” is the location, two steps from every thing.
Damp No air flow unless you open the huge window in the bedroom Bathroom is very tight and you need to watch your head! Shower head is good but you need its manual to operate. No dishwasher. Bad mattress for the convertible couch. But very goodone for the bed room. Quiet place and can be used for 2 people tops.
