A perfect Parisian experience! They staff are welcoming and seek to meet every need. The bar/cafe is a most pleasant place to meet friends, relax and talk. The Concierge service is over the top wonderful!
Fantastic Stay at Nepolean Hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another wonderful stay at the Nepolean Hotel! The property is always spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff was fantastic and very helpful especially while traveling with my kids. A big thank you to Meenashki at the front reception for her warm and professional service. The location is the best part by far. I always stay here and highly recommend it!
Great place to stay, especially for a limited time in Paris when you want to go quickly. There are metro stations nearby, Arc de Triomphe is a very short walk. We took Bolt to several venues to save time and meet tour schedules. The Cafe de Paris across the street is convenient and has a great breakfast that wasn't crowded. The Hotel Napoleon is a 5-star hotel with nice accommodations and great services. Rooms are clean and staff is very helpful. We didn't need a lot of attention but it's good to know that ot is available, if necessary.
My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Napoléon and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our Paris weekend getaway. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. A special thank you to Meenakshi at the front desk for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Our corner room was absolutely beautiful, with spectacular views that made the whole experience even more memorable. The atmosphere of the hotel perfectly combines Parisian elegance with warm and genuine hospitality. We also had a great experience at the bar and would love to thank the bartender as well, although unfortunately we didn’t catch his name. Without any doubt, we will return to Hotel Napoléon on our next trip to Paris and happily recommend it to friends and family.
