I am really happy with the staff of this hotel. I wasn’t happy with my room, and respectfully, she changed my room. I am satisfied now. :)They care about the guests, their needs. And it is a huge positive point for me⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This cute hotel is very stylish and clean. The rooms are small but cozy and they have fast everything you need for a short stay in Paris (a little refrigerator would be great). Air-condition was really great during the heatwave, so we could take a break in a nice and cool room. Our bed was very comfortable and our towels were changed every day. The service is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. Great location near train station and metro station. I can't say any negative thing about this hotel BUT the area is not that nice. The streets around the hotel are dirty and smelly, full of many strange and loud people. We had to walk really fast from the metro station to the hotel. This was the only irritaiting thing about our stay in Paris.
Stayed here during my first trip to Paris and it did not disappoint. I appreciated the character of the surrounding neighborhood. The lobby and rooms are clean and aesthetic, and there was even complimentary breakfast service available. There is 24/7 staff and they even opened a bottle for me late at night. Would stay here again.
As others have previously noted, this hotel is situation on a relatively “dodgy” street. The hotel itself, however, is anything but. It is super quaint and charming, and our room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. There is easy access to the metro and it is a quick walk to Sacré-Cœur.
This is a really good value-for-money option. Clean rooms, really good shower, pleasant staff, a good bed and a good breakfast. On the downside the rooms are small with little closet room, and it's indeed not a nice neighborhood, although I never felt unsafe. Given this conditions of the neighborhood and Paris, this is in this price category as good as it gets. Recommended!
